Meal Plans Week of 7-25-10

This is going to be a quick one.  Not sure I can manage being at the computer for more than a few minutes without getting too nauseous.  These next few days will be a challenge to say the least.  At least I know I'm in the homestretch and I should start to see at least a little improvement by Tues. or Wed.  The hyperstimulation seems to be in full force...actually worse then last time :(

No real plans or extras this week.  And even meals are iffy.  I'm not planning breakfasts.  I've been managing a little toast w/ pb the last few days.  I do what I can with the nausea.  So I'm just taking it day by day.  Dinners are as easy as possible...something Justin can make if need be and things that I think might sound ok.  I think I'll probably have to change some plans as the week goes on.  Tomorrow someone from church is bringing us a meal.  That will be our special treat...since it's our 7th anniversary :)  Nothing romantic about a sick, bloated wife on the couch.  But it is what it is.

I guess that's all for now.

  1. I'm sorry you're feeling so crummy, Mary! I wish I'd have thought to send a meal for you guys last week when your parents came out! I didn't realize it was this bad for you each time, though, b/c we've never really known all the details. I'm so sorry! I continue to pray for you!

  2. It's never been this bad. I can always at least keep up with meals and basic things. Today I'm pretty much couch bound. Just going to the bathroom is so tough. Just trying to get through the next few days until things start to improve.
