Holy Cauliflower!!

I just had to share these pictures.  I bought some cauliflower at the farmer's market yesterday.  I have never seen cauliflower this big before.  I bought 3 heads.  I could BARELY get them into my fridge.  And had to cut them up last night to make room so that I could get other stuff in.  Hoping to eat some tonight and freeze some tomorrow.  Just thought they were pretty crazy.  I should have taken a picture of one by itself.  The biggest one was about as big as my sink.  Almost tough to wash :P
