FOOD
1. Eat full GAPS-legal food - check.
2. Eat plenty of healthy fat daily (coconut oil, butter, lard, EVOO) - still struggling a bit with this, but I'm trying. It's hard when I'm nervous about coconut oil and butter and if it affects Abram. I guess I need to work on bumping up EVOO when I can.
3. Eat broth/soup regularly - check! I've been eating soup for breakfast almost every day lately.
4. New probioitic - start using a low dose at some point this month - check! I am taking a full pill every day now. Seems to be going well. No major die off.
5. Avoid foods that I'm sensitive to or that Abram is sensitive to (which is making it tough to find things to eat!!) - doing my best with this. Still trying to figure it out, though.
6. Continue Sunday night fun/finger food night, and do breakfast one night a week - check.
7. Add kefir back into my diet regularly if I think it doesn't bother Abram - I've been trying a smoothie once a week. Still not sure if the kefir works with him or not. Still experimenting.
8. Digestive enzymes - I have started taking them (ordered them from the GAPS site). Still working up to the full dose. I can't say if they are helping or not since I just started them. Hopefully I can update later on that. I'll be at the full dose next week.
9. Fermented veggies - Continue eating sauerkraut regularly. Try fermenting other veggies - still eating sauerkraut every day before dinner.
10. Farmer's Market!!! - check. So far the main item has been strawberries. I have frozen them, dried them, made fruit leather, strawberry shortcake and topping. I'm glad I got to try out my new dehydrator. It works well.
11. Get back in the kitchen. As we settle into a routine and life settles a bit I'm anxious to get back in the kitchen more doing what I love. Hopefully I can do some more GAPS food experimenting - check.
12. Pick up beef - check! I have a freezer FULL of grassfed beef. I'm anxious to start using it.
HEALTH
1. Get enough sleep - nap when possible - very rare these days. Someday I'll get to sleep again :P
2 Adjust to baby/new routines - try to get on a bit of a routine this month - no real routine yet.
3. Exercise - I'm trying to do something active every day - check. I try to do about a mile on the treadmill or bike a few miles every morning.
4. Healthy lifestyle series - digetstive enzymes - check.
FAMILY/PERSONAL
1. Activities and Outings - we've kept plenty busy this month. Besides the scheduled things we went to the zoo, the library, a Whitecaps game, the park, strawberry picking, a percussion concert and traveled to my parents' house.

c. Nursery cmt dinner to welcome new members - June 6 (I'll do my best to avoid the pizza :P).

2. Rebecca - some things to do with Rebecca this month - check.
a. Keep working on potty training. Hopefully at some point soon we can work on doing away with diapers while she sleeps. But no signs of that so far.
b. Keep working on letters, numbers, spelling/sounds, counting, math, writing, etc.
c. Adjustment to baby - this will get easier as Abram gets bigger/she can interact with him more/he is less needy.
d. Make sure she gets plenty of attention/some one-on-one time/let her know how important/special she is.
3. Abram
a. Possibly start cloth diapering by the end of the month - just starting - more on this tomorrow.
b. Plan baptism/party - July 17 - check.
c. Mail birth announcements - check.
d. Keep trying to figure out reflux/sleeping/eating issues - still working on it.
e. Work on development/milestones - check.
f. Baby wearing - wear Abram when we walk, go out, around the house, etc. So far I really like the Moby for this - check.
