Not much time for me this week. Rebecca has needed a LOT of attention b/c of teething and a stuffy nose. But we still had a playdate on Monday (I got to chat with a friend for a bit). And we went to Kindermusik on Wed. This week we have errands, Kindermusik and MOPS. My MOPS group has a playdate in a couple weeks at For The Kidz Gymnastics. I have been thinking for a while I wanted to get Rebecca into some kind of tumbling class. This looks perfect! And it's close to home. So we're considering signing her up for a class. Maybe I'll see what it's like at the playdate and then decide. We also took a trip to Grand Blanc to see my family yesterday...and meet my new nephew :) This is the first time I have traveled since starting exposure therapy. I had to adjust my schedule/routine and be in the car by about 1:30. But I didn't stress or anything. I stayed fairly relaxed and it went very well! And I was able to enjoy my time in GB. I was very excited to see the progress I've made.
For creativity Rebecca and I did some leaf rubbing. And we made a shaker with an empty toilet paper roll. Although Rebecca (being the curious little girl she is) was more interested in trying to take it apart and see how it worked than she was in shaking it. So it didn't last long :P I did some handwork - embroidered a blanket for my new nephew. Not sure about this week. It will be pretty busy. Maybe we'll do some baking. Rebecca loves helping me. Especially if "choca chips" are involved ;)
