End Of Month Recap - December

I know it's a day early, but here's my monthly recap.  Hard to believe it's the end of December and the end of the year!  Although I have to say December felt quite long.  Just so much going on.  But it's all winding down.  Tomorrow we head home from WI.  Then all the hussle and bussle of Christmas, parties, travel, baking, etc. will be over.  Time to relax :)  December has been very productive and a lot of fun.

I did use up my apples.  I guess technically there are a few golden delicious left in the fridge, but not enough to do anything with.  And they aren't good for eating anymore.  I need to dry them or toss them I think.  I did do a fair amount of baking.  And there is still more to come in the next few weeks for events/parties.

The Christmas to-dos...obviously done :)  And undone.  I still have a few Christmas decorations to take down.  Our tree is down already.  Although I do love Christmas and seeing all of the decorations I'm looking forward to having my house back to "normal."

So far so good on the travel.  As always I worry so much and then everything goes just fine.  We're enjoying our last day in WI.  We're going to a children's museum this morning.  We'll do some packing and relaxing later today and head home tomorrow morning.  Rebecca is doing great so far...as always.  And we're all enjoying seeing family.

December was a busy, fun-filled month.  I got a lot done and had a lot of fun.  Next week will be a new month, new year and back to normal life.
