Cheesy Garlic Bread

This isn't much of a recipe.  But it's how I make cheesy bread.  Great when you're eating something Italian!  I think I got the recipe from someone at church.  I don't actually use a recipe anymore, so it's hard to remember.  This is so simple, yet so good.

Cheesy Garlic Bread

1 loaf soft bread (Italian, Vienna, etc.)
EVOO
garlic powder or garlic salt
shredded mozzarella

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.  Slice loaf in half and open.  Place on large sheet of tinfoil.  Drizzle EVOO on both halves of loaf.  Sprinkle on garlic powder/salt (to taste).  Sprinkle mozzarella on bottom half of bread.  Place top half over cheese.  Fold tinfoil around the bread.  Bake 15 min., or until cheese is melted and bread is at desired crispness.  Slice.

*I usually just do a small chunk of a loaf for our meal, not a whole loaf.
