Psalm 139

I'm in the process of planning my sunday school lesson for tomorrow.  One of the handouts for the kids is a matching game based on Psalm 139.  And part of it just struck me.  As someone that deals with consant issues of how my body works and is also a major planner...and worrier, I thought this was so comforting and a good reminder.  Why do I try to schedule every detail of my life and control everything?  God already has that taken care of.  He cares so much for me.  So I thought I'd share (this is just a small part of it...read the whole Psalm for all of God's wonderful words):

"You made all the delicate, inner parts of my body.  Your workmanship is marvelous - and how well I know it.  You saw me before I was born and scheduled each day of my life before I began to breathe.  Every day was recorded in your Book!  How precious it is, Lord, that you are thinking about me constantly!  And when I waken in the morning, you are still thinking of me!"
