Over Christmas we went to WI to visit my in-laws. While there we had lots of good food, and I asked for a few of the recipes. I haven't made any of them yet, but before I forget I figured I'd post some so others can try them too. Hopefully I'll have a chance to try some of them soon.
Sour Cream Salad
1 cup mandarin oranges
1 cup chunk pineapple
1 cup coconut
1 cup marshmallows (cut up...or mini marshmallows)
1/2 cup cultured sour cream
Mix all ingredients. Refrigerate.
My MIL used fresh pineapple, kiwi and mandarin oranges and skipped the coconut and marshmallows. I'm sure it's good both ways!
