Ice Cream...What's in There?

Just read this post on Heavenly Homemakers about an ice cream experiment.  Crazy!  And really makes you think twice about what you buy vs. what you make.  We've really been enjoying either organic or homemade ice cream over the past month.  Can't wait to dig into my latest creation on Sat. for Justin's birthday...chocolate peanut butter cookies 'n' cream :)
