Cream Cheese Dip

I had some homemade cream cheese in the fridge I had to use up.  So this morning for breakfast I made a quick, easy, tastey dip to have with fruit.  I didn't measure anything, just made it to taste.  But I'll try to give a rough estimate of quantities.  This was so easy and good!  Justin's first comment was "it tastes chocolatey."  There is no chocolate in it...but it does have a hint of chocolate flavor to it.  This is a great way to use up cream cheese.  It makes a healthy breakfast or snack.  You can use it with fruit, graham crackers or vanilla wafers.

Cream Cheese Dip

1/2 cup cream cheese
1 tsp. vanilla extract
2-3 Tbsp. brown sugar (or more/less...to taste) (I used organic evaporated cane suger.  Honey or maple syrup would work too, but would give it a little different flavor.)

Mix and enjoy!
