My in-laws are coming today. They'll be here for dinner and staying until mid-morning tomorrow. Here's what I have planned for meals. For dinner I went with something simple. And I stuck to my January food - soup and bread. This was a busy week, so I didn't have time for extra baking, etc. I took advantage of my pantry/freezer stock for all of the meals :)
Snacks/Appetizers:
Homemade whole wheat graham crackers, wheat thins and vanilla wafers
Sugar coated pecans
Dinner:
Crockpot Pasta Fagioli
Cheesy Garlic Bread (w/ bakery Italian bread)
Dessert:
Blueberry pie (homemade, from the freezer) w/ vanilla ice cream
Breakfast:
Yum Yum Coffee Cake
Mixed fruit (from freezer/from farmer's market)
Toast w/ peanut butter
Cereal
Juice
